The Hoddie is the person mixing the many different products and materials
for the Plaster. As a Hod Carrier you run the plastering crew. The work
is difficult and physical and the quality of the work depends on how well
you have created the materials.
When finished for a day, you will have the pride of working on a team that has built a new building or retrofitting an existing building. You will also have the peace of mind knowing that your union provides health insurance a pension for later in your life.
