Fisher Lath and Plaster, Inc.
Company
History and Objective
Fisher
Lath and Plaster, Inc. was founded by Sam and Faye Fisher in 1966, but
operated as Sam Fisher Plastering until 1971, when the company was incorporated
and the company name was then officially changed to Fisher Lath and Plaster,
Inc. Since inception the company has continued to be a union shop employing
only skilled Lathers, Plasterers and Hod Carriers.
Fisher Lath and Plaster, Inc. provided all types of lath, plaster and stuccowork specializing in custom homes, until the mid 1980's, when a large influx of non-union contractors came into the area. At that time the decision was made to discontinue any residential work and do only commercial, industrial, schools and related types of projects, which is still the case today.
Fisher Lath and Plaster, Inc. has grown substantially since the mid 1980's and will continue to grow under the leadership of our two Vice Presidents, David Everard and Steve Fisher. David Everard is the company's Project Manager/Estimator, he overseas the daily operation and management of the company. Sam and Faye Fisher's son Steve is the company's Financial Manager. They are supported by an outstanding staff consisting of Jerry Smith, General Superintendent; Roy Blackwell, Lathing Foreman; Diana Everard, Assistant Controller and Marj Hall, Office Manager.
Fisher Lath and Plaster, Inc. has always and will continue to strive for quality work and service on all our projects.
